This program was specifically designed with you, our most loyal guest, in mind. We want to thank you for your continued support of Levy Restaurants and reward you for your loyalty.

For every $250 you spend at any of our participating restaurants across the nation, you’ll receive a $25 dining certificate on the spot, valid towards your next dining experience. Spend more than $2,000 in one calendar year, and your membership will automatically be upgraded to our Levy Preferred Gold status for the following year, where you’ll earn 1.25 points for every dollar that you spend.

That’s not all! You can save your Levy Preferred reward certificates and redeem them for larger rewards, listed below. And, as a valued member, you'll also receive exclusive invitations to special events such as wine dinners, seasonal food celebrations, cooking classes and more.

Be sure to check your point balance by visiting the Levy Restaurants website and go to the Levy Preferred page and logging in with your account information. You can also check your point balance by calling the Levy Preferred Hotline at 1-888-272-7068.

How Your Levy Preferred Membership Works:

1. Present your Levy Preferred card when you dine at any of the participating restaurants and you will receive 1 point for every dollar that you spend (gratuity excluded). Gold members earn 1.25 points for every dollar spent. Your receipt will show your current point balance. You may also earn points on the purchase of Levy Restaurants Gift Cards.

2. Every time you accrue 250 points, you will be issued a $25 dining certificate on the spot (printed on the bottom of your receipt). This dining certificate expires one year from the date of issue and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Your points do not expire annually, but if you do not earn at least 250 points in a year, your membership may be discontinued.

3. You may redeem your dining certificates the next time you dine at a participating restaurant or save them and redeem them for larger rewards (listed on back).

4. You may combine points with your spouse, but not with any other member. Only the person paying the bill will be credited with points.

5. To qualify for points on private party functions, you must be an active Levy Preferred member (with at least 250 points accrued in one calendar year) before booking the party. Points for private parties are given for food and beverage only. Dining certificates are not valid towards deposits for private parties. Points earned for private parties are not eligible for Gold bonus points.

Program Notes: This is not a credit card, but is intended only as a method of tracking your visits to our restaurants. Card is for individual use only and is non-transferable. You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. Points have no cash value and some blackout dates and restrictions may apply as deemed necessary. Employees of Levy Restaurants and its affiliated companies and their families are not eligible for membership. By completing the member profile, you agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of the Levy Preferred program, all of which terms and provisions are subject to change within Levy Restaurants’ sole discretion, at any time.

Chef’s Dinner: Four-course chef’s tasting dinner for four (4) including wine at the Levy Preferred restaurant of your choice. (Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance, available Sunday through Thursday). - 3,000 points

Round-Trip Airline Ticket: One (1) round-trip ticket anywhere in the continental United States, up to a $300 value. - 5,000 points

At Home with Levy Restaurants: A catered party for ten (10) at your home in Charlotte, Chicago, Denver, Orlando or Park City/Deer Valley. - 10,000 points

Chicago Escape: Jet off to the Windy City! Includes airfare for two (2) to Chicago, a 2-night hotel stay, one (1) lunch for two at Fulton's on the River, and one (1) dinner for two at either Bistro 110 or Cafe Spiaggia. - 15,000 points

Disney Family Getaway: Treat the family to a magical Disney vacation!
